Hello

I’m Mary Clare, an artist and illustrator living on the western slope of the Rocky Mountains.

I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember! I love creating images that tell a story, with a hand drawn vibe. It’s so fun experimenting with trending color palettes and creating pieces that reflect my experiences when traveling and spending time in nature. I love the process of creating and the ability to touch peoples’ lives with my work. My digital designs can be found on stationery and home goods.

      Influences on my work include living with classic holiday motifs, 3 years of full time RV living and traveling with my family, and my love for the great outdoors. Whether it be checking out a new brewery, exploring a new hiking trail, or playing a board game on a rainy afternoon, I never feel like I turn my “inspiration goggles” off. 

My favorite piece of advice from my mom is, “Go get some fresh air.” Whenever I’m having a bad day or lack a sense of creative inspiration, getting a little fresh air and sunshine always does the trick. I hope my art inspires others to appreciate the beauty of nature and to seek their own adventure.
